With online shopping becoming one of the primary ways to buy we want to ensure you can do so with confidence and as for terms and conditions, we believe that honesty is the best policy.
Refunds: We do not give money back refunds unless an item is damaged. Where an item is simply no longer desired or has been an unwanted gift we will only offer Credit Notes to the value of the item to be used in store or online within 12 Months of the return date.
Returns: If an item needs to be returned because you are not satisfied with it due to it being damaged we require it to be posted back to us by Special Delivery which we will refund the cost of on receipt of the item.
